I have had troubles sleeping all my life. It would be trying to fall asleep or staying asleep and when I hit 50 it was even worse. I have tried everything! I haven’t slept this well EVER! It’s amazing what good solid sleep can do . I take an R & R with a D-eight (from humble alternative) 1 1/2 hr before bed and have no more wake ups or go right back to sleep.
