Humble Alternative Delta 9+CBD Gummies, assorted...
I cannot live a pain free life without these. It helps with inflammation, anxiety, and depression..for me. 100% recommended. If you are starting from scratch I wold suggest cutting the gummy into quarters, and start there. There is a slight euphoria, or, a calming affect,(for me), so start low until you get acclimated to them.

D9 gummies
I take 1 rest & recharge gummy right when I get into bed, I read for 20 min or more then take 1/2 of a D-9 gummy and then of to dream land I go. I have a lot of health issues and sleep is so key to getting better and even just functioning. I still don’t get a full nights sleep on this combo but 4 hours of solid sleep plus dozing in and out for a couple hours is way better then the 1-2 hours I was getting before.

D9 CBD gummies
I typically take a half of one gummy on evenings where my chronic hip and back pain are really bothersome. They take the edge off of the pain and help me fall asleep much quicker! I would start with 1/4 to half a gummy as these do have THC and can make you feel loopy!

Strong
In comparison to the Delta 8, these are quite strong in taste with the reason being that 9 is 50mg as opposed to 25mg for D8. I think these are an acquired taste being that they aren't exactly my favorite. It serves the purpose though, makes you mellow and sleepy so take one when you have no other responsibilities :)

As someone who has a low tolerance and definitely a ‘one hit wonder’ I was very hesitant about these because I didn’t want to be sitting in a worthless stupor. I have a tremendously active/busy life, I have 3 young boys and a very physically demanding farm business. Like many of us mamas my mind is in overdrive and I’m overloaded some days. I needed to ‘just chill’ a tad and focus so I could enjoy the life I’ve worked hard to create. I take half of one and it’s the absolute perfect tool to help me focus and ignore the distracting thoughts about all of the other things I need to do. I feel a teeny tiny bit of the psychoactive effects very briefly but it’s negligible dissipates quickly. I was nervous but I didn’t need to be. Wish I bought this sooner.
