Delta-8 is typically a more mild and manageble high compared to the classic Delta-9 THC that's found in high concentration in marijuana products.
Dosage Recommendations: It's recommended to start with just 2 drops per dose. Over time, you can increase your dosage to find what works best for your body. Individual ideal servings will vary from 2 drops to 1 ml+.
Directions: Shake before using. Use dropper to apply serving under your tongue. Hold for 30-90 seconds before swallowing. Wait 4-6 hours before repeating dose. This is a psychoactive hemp product so please use caution.

Doesn’t take much to get to sleep!
I’ve tried tinctures before, and wasn’t expecting much from the Delta-8 tincture. The first night I tried it, I did the recommended 2 drops, ad was surprised when I actually had a fairly good nights sleep! My go to amount is 4 drops, and that is enough to allow for not only sleep, but also the ability to wake up, use the bathroom, and fall back asleep without the usual tossing and turning I was used to. I do recommend this to others with chronic pain that keeps them awake. It’s relaxing, and for me, I was looking for sleep, not a high, so I can’t comment on that aspect.
