About the Herbs
Nettle: Nettle has been used worldwide for centuries for its nutritious, wellness supporting qualities as well as fiber and food. The leaves emerge in early spring and coincidentally have a long tradition of use in spring tonics. Nettle supports healthy urinary function and has mild diuretic action and helps to maintain upper respiratory health.*
Yerba Santa: An aromatic, astringent, evergreen shrub, yerba santa has been used in traditional folk herbalism for hundreds of years. Warming and stimulating to the respiratory system, yerba santa is a seasonal ally for the sinuses, throat, and lungs.
Bilberries: Native to Europe and the British Isles, bilberry is known as the European blueberry. Often enjoyed in a similar manner as blueberry, bilberries are a dark purple fruit that taste delicious and provide rich beneficial properties. Bilberry’s antioxidant properties help maintain good health and fight free radicals.*
Marshmallow: Marshmallow has been used for millennia as an edible food and for its soothing properties. A favorite botanical demulcent, marshmallow root was given to soothe and moisten mucous membranes of the respiratory, digestive, and urinary tracts in traditional global herbal practices for millennia.
Goldenrod: Goldenrod has a colorful history, having been historically used as a dye by indigenous tribes and settlers. After the Boston Tea Party, the colonists, having just got rid of their favorite beverage, made a tea of goldenrod, and called it Liberty Tea. Goldenrod helps to reduce pain, swelling and inflammation, and it can help fight infection and act as a diuretic.

How to Use:
Dosage: Ages 2-5: 5 drops
Ages 6-12: 10 drops
Ages 13+: 20 drops (1 dropper full)
Directions: Take as needed, up to 3 x day. Take orally or add 'Allergy Relief' extract to about a quarter cup of water or juice before ingesting.
